Athlete development programs

Consistent Coaching. Meaningful Progression.

Great snowboarders aren’t developed in a day—they’re developed through consistent coaching, purposeful practice and a supportive training environment.

Our Athlete Development Programs are designed for riders looking to progress over multiple weeks or throughout an entire season. By combining technical coaching, video analysis, goal setting and regular feedback, we help athletes build confidence, refine their skills and continue progressing every time they step on snow.

With small coach-to-athlete ratios and a focus on individual development, every athlete receives personalised attention while benefiting from the motivation and camaraderie of training alongside like-minded riders.

Whether your goal is to improve your riding, prepare for competition or simply spend more time on snow with a passionate community, our programs provide the structure and support to help you get there.

WHO ARE OUR PROGRAMS FOR?

Our Athlete Development Programs are designed for motivated riders who want more than occasional lessons.

Perfect for athletes who:

✓ Want consistent coaching throughout the season

✓ Enjoy both freeride and freestyle terrain

✓ Are preparing for local, provincial or national competitions

✓ Want to build confidence across all areas of snowboarding

✓ Thrive in a supportive team environment

✓ Are committed to long-term improvement

Whether you’re an ambitious young rider or an experienced snowboarder looking to continue progressing, we’ll help you develop the skills and confidence to reach your goals.

WHAT MAKES ELEVATE DIFFERENT?

At Elevate, we don’t separate freeride and freestyle—we believe they complement each other.

Our programs expose athletes to a wide variety of terrain and challenges, helping them become adaptable, confident snowboarders capable of performing across the mountain.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, every athlete works towards individual goals while training within a supportive group environment.

We believe that long-term development comes from consistent coaching, quality feedback and purposeful progression—not simply accumulating days on snow.
